This term “Fugitive from Justice” we use liberally but do we know what exactly it means? The origin comes from the U.S.A. with its multiple state and federal jurisdiction situations which does not obtain here. Who is a fugitive from justice? It refers to a person against whom a warrant of arrest has been issued and has evaded its service upon him.
